Application of Lubricating Technique on Laigang’s 1500-mm Hot Rolling Production Line

莱钢1500 mm热轧生产线采用轧制润滑技术,在实践生产中通过对喷射流量、喷射时序、轧制模型调整,使各钢种、机架使用达到最佳效果,轧制润滑系统改善了变形区的变形条件,降低了轧制力,减轻了轧辊磨损,提高了产品表面质量。

The rolling lubrication technique is used in Laigang s 1500-mm hot-rolling production line.In practice,spray flow rate,spray time sequence and rolling model adjustment are adopted,bringing optimal effect in each steel grade and the usage of mill housing.The rolling lubrication system has improved the conditions of the deformation zone,lowered the roll force,reduced the roll wear and increased the surface quality of products.
