摘要
莱钢采用UHP EAF冶炼-LF(VD)精炼-连铸-轧制短流程工艺路线成功开发N80级36Mn2V非调质油井管用钢。通过采取精料、严格控制电炉终点(TPC)、优化脱氧工艺、合理调整精炼炉渣、连铸保护浇注、钢管轧后控冷等工艺措施,使生产出的产品具有成分均匀、残余元素含量低、氧含量低、夹杂物少、晶粒细小的特点,较好地满足了石油工业对高质量油井管的要求。
High quality 36Mn2V steel for oil well pipe has been developed and produced by the following short flow process: UHP EAF-LF(VD) refining-continuous casting-rolling in Laigang. Measures such as prepared burden, rigid end-point control, optimized deoxidation technique, reasonable adjusting of refining slag,continuous casting protective casting, and outgoing controlled cooling enable the product to have characteristics of even ingredients, low remaining element and oxygen content, few inclusions and tiny grains, preferably satisfying the requirements of the petroleum industry for high quality oil well pipes.
