水泥-膨润土泥浆固结体力学性能室内试验研究 被引量:4

Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of Cement-bentonite Slurry

摘要 将不同配合比的水泥-膨润土泥浆养护到一定龄期,对硬化后泥浆固结体的无侧限抗压强度、变形模量以及极限应变等力学性能进行了试验研究,得到了原材料对固结体力学性能的影响规律以及无侧限抗压强度与变形模量之间的关系。结果表明,固结体的无侧限抗压强度主要受水泥影响;极限应变随水泥用量增加而减小,随膨润土用量增加而增大;变形模量随水泥用量增加而增大,但膨润土对变形模量的影响比较复杂;固结体的无侧限抗压强度和变形模量随养护龄期的增长而增加。 The mechanical properties of cement-bentonite slurry which was prepared with different mixing proportions are studied by experiments after a certain curing age.The influences of raw materials(cement and bentonite) on the mechanical properties of hardened slurry are analyzed,and the relationships between unconfined compressive strength and deformation modulus of hardened slurry are obtained.It is found that the unconfined compressive strength is mainly influenced by cement.The limit strain declines with the increasing of cement,while increases with the increasing of bentonite.Deformation modulus increases with the cement increasing,but the effect of bentonite on the deformation modulus is complex.The unconfined compressive strength and deformation modulus increase with the curing age increasing of hardened slurry.
