水平井用携砾过滤器室内模拟研究

Study on Laboratory Simulation of Pre-packed Gravel Screen in Horizontal Wells

针对水平井成井特点,结合大量室内试验,研制了双壁预充陶粒携砾过滤器。该过滤器滤层均匀密实、粒径级配合理,透水、阻砂性能好。使用携砾过滤器成井时,不用围填滤料,简化了成井工艺;衬管具有较高的抗拉、抗压强度和韧性,质量轻,便于水平井铺管安装,解决了水平井无法围填滤料的成井难题。

Aimed at the characteristic of horizontal well,combined with large amount of laboratory tests,double-wall pre-packed gravel screen is developed.The filter layer is uniform and dense,the size grading is reasonable,with better permeability and good preventive of sand.The filter materials are not to be filled when well-forming using pre-packed gravel screen,it simplifies the process of well-forming;lining pipe has high tensile strength,compressive strength and toughness,light in mass,convenient for fixing of horizontal well,and it solves the difficulty that horizontal well cann′t fill the filter material.
