摘要 以尼龙网为载体,对乳酸氧化酶进行固定化,并对尼龙网处理、烷基化反应时间和合适的酶浓度等固定化条件进行了研究。 This paper, deals with the immobilization of lactate oxidase with the carrier of nylon net. Conditions of immobilization including alkylating time, the freatment of nylon net and optimun concentraction of enzyme have been studied through experiments.
