摘要
利用Na2SiO3和Al2(SO4)3为原料在35℃条件下制备了无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅酸硫酸铝(polymeric silicate aluminum sulfate,PASS),并利用自制高岭土悬浮液为模拟废水对制备的PASS性能进行了评价。对Al3+/SiO2摩尔比、聚合时间、搅拌、pH、陈化时间等制备条件进行了系统研究。实验结果表明,制备PASS时Al3+/SiO2摩尔比nAl3+/nSiO2为1、聚合时间为10d、搅拌速率在1000rpm、搅拌时间为90min、陈化时间为1h、pH在3-5.5之间时较为合适,PASS对模拟废水浊度脱除率最高达到97%以上。
Polymeric silicate aluminum sulfate(PASS), an inorganic macmmolecule flocculant, was synthesized with Na.,SiO3 and Al2(SO4)3as raw material at 35℃, and its flocculation performances were evaluated using self-made white bole soliquoid as simulated wastewater. The synthesis conditions of PASS including mole ratio of Al3+/SiO2, polymerization time, stirring speed, stirring time and aging time were systematicly investigated. The results indicated that the choice conditions were mole ratio of Al3+/SiO2 being 1, polymerizing for 10d, stirring at 1000rpm for 90min, aging for lh and pH at 3-5. The ratio of de-tubidity of resuhant PASS for simulated wastewater was above 97%.
