Predicament and Outlet of the Law Practical Teaching

高等学校法学本科教育面临着教学与实践脱节的问题。虽然各高校认识到法学实践教学的重要性,并采取了一些应对措施,但效果并不理想。高校法学实践教学的主要困境是形式主义严重,不注重教师的实践能力提高。因此,构建师生联动、双管齐下的法学实践教学模式势在必行。

Bachelor education of law faces the separation of the teaching and practicing in the university. Although every university recognized the importance of the practical law teaching and had taken some measures, the effect is non-ideal. The main predicament is the serious formalism and ignoring the improvement of the practical teaching of the teachers. Thus, building the teacher - student interaction and putting more attention on both of the teaching and practicing are imperative in the new law teaching model.
