白山发电厂既有大型常规水电机组又有大型抽水蓄能机组,我们成功实现了常规机组和抽水蓄能机组的多工况、多流程的远方集中监控功能,实现了自动发电控制和低频自启动控制功能,满足了东北电网对白山电厂自动调峰、调频、削峰填谷的要求。

There are both large conventional hydropower units and pumped-storage units in Baishan Hydropower Plant.The remote centralized control for these units with multi-operation mode and multi-process has become a reality.The functions of automatic generation control(AGC) and auto-startup in lower frequency are also realized.These satisfy the requirements of the Northeast Power Grid to automatic load peaking,frequency modulation and peak load shifting.
