摘要
采用高温固相法合成了BaMg_mAl_(10)O_(17):Eu^(2+)(0.8≤m≤1.2)系列荧光粉,利用X射线衍射仪对材料的物相进行了分析,采用荧光分光光度计测试了样品的发光性能。XRD结果表明:Mg掺杂量(0.8≤m≤1.2)的变化对BMA荧光粉的物相没有影响。荧光光谱结果表明:Mg掺杂量(0.8≤m≤1.2)的变化对发射光谱有很大的影响,随着Mg掺杂量的增大,发射光谱发生红移,且当Mg掺杂量为1.0时,样品发射峰的相对强度最大。
The BaMGm Al10 O14:Eu^2+(0.8≤m≤1.2) phosphors were prepared by solid state method.The crystal structures were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The excitation spectra,emission spectra and relative intensity were investigated by fluorescence spectrophotometer techniques.The results of XRD and excitation spectra show that the change of Mg content(0.8≤m≤1.2)does not affect the phase of the BMA.phosphor.The change of Mg content(0.8≤m≤1.2)has a great impact in emission spectra of the BMA.phosphor.By the increasing of the Mg content,the emission spectra move to the long wave and the relative intensity of emission spectra of the samples is greatest when the Mg content is 1.0.
