我国高等工程教育专业认证问题研究综述

A Review of Higher Engineering Education Accreditation in China

目前,我国高等工程教育专业认证工作已经进入专业推进阶段。文献资料从基本以编译、介绍为主转向注重专业认证体系设计的基本理念、认证标准与程序等微观领域的研究;更加侧重对《华盛顿协议》签约国高等工程教育专业认证的历史进程、申请中遇到的困难以及解决策略的研究。但与此同时,认证院校类型不够多、认证指标体系不够明确、认证程序中的监督和申诉机制不够健全等问题都亟待从理论上加以深入研究和探讨。

Today, China＇s higher engineering education accreditation has advanced to the stage of professional promotion, with its literature to shift from editing translation and introduction to micro-research on the concept, standards and procedures in design of professional certification system. The current study also involves the historical process of higher engineering education accreditation in nations approving the Washington Accord, difficulties encountered in application solutions concerned. However, certain issues need to be explored and resolved in diversified higher institutions, ambiguous index system, and imperfect supervisory and judicial mechanisms.
