摘要
简单性思维作为一种主导思维方式长期控制着课堂教学,面对教育和人的复杂性,它提供给我们的可能不是关于课堂教学的全景,课堂教学中也存在着复杂性"飞地"。基于此,本文试从复杂性思维的特征入手,反思简单性思维下课堂教学的局限,以期用复杂性思维有效地指导课堂教学实践。
The simple thinking as a leadership thinking mode is controlling the classroom teaching for a long time, facing the education and person's complexity, it provides to us that it is not possibly all about the classroom teaching, there is also a " complex territory" in the classroom teaching. So, commencing from the characteristics of complex thinking, examinging the classroom teaching's limitation from the simple thinking, expecting to offer some guidance to teaching practice effectively.
