In Order to Make the Fear Students Fear No Longer

学生的恐惧主要表现在:在同伴关系中的不自信;在师生关系中的不如意;对当下学习的不满意;对未来生活的没目标。学生产生恐惧的原因主要在于学生的认识观念、责任恐惧、学习障碍、话语权的缺失、学校和家庭的压力。为此,应反求诸己——教师要真正理解学生恐惧的根源;直面恐惧,从恐惧中找寻积极的因素;师生交心;帮助学生掌握当下的力量,展现本真自我。

The fear of students maily shows in the following： no self-confidence in the peer relations; uneasy in the relationship between teachers and students; dissatisfaction with the current study; no objectives for the future life. The reason of students＇ fear is mainly that their concept of recognization, the fear of responsibility, learning disabilities, lack of the right to speak, the pressures of school and family. So the teachers should really understand the root causes of fear; looking for the positive factors from the fear; teachers and students should communicate with heart; help the students to grasp the power of now and show oneself truly.
