大洋多金属结核中五氧化二磷分析方法

摘要 试样经NaOH熔融,水浸取后,使Fe、Mn、Cu、Co、Ni等共存元素形成氢氧化物沉淀与磷分离,滤液中的磷用磷钼黄光度法测定.方法简便、快速、精密度好、准确度高.经对标准物质GBW07249测定,结果与推荐值吻合,RSD(n=10)<1.4%. NaOH was used as the melting agent to melt the samples at 650℃ for 7-10 min. When immersing in the water, the coexist elements such as Mn, Fe, Cu, Co, Ni were separated from the solution in the hydroxide precipitation, then P 2O 5 was determinated in the solution by phosphomolybdic yellow spectophotometry. This method was simple, rapid, precise and accurate. It was used to determinate P 2O 5 in the standard reference polymetallic nodules (GBW07249). The result agreed well with the recommended value, the RSD was less than 1.4%(n=10).
