摘要
随着社会的发展和高等教育改革的深入,高校学生工作体系的复杂化造成了辅导员角色的复合化。辅导员在日常工作过程中要扮演不同的角色,体现了辅导员工作的复杂性,同时也带来了一定的角色冲突。高校辅导员角色冲突表现为职业成果模糊与自我价值实现的冲突,渴求尊重与缺乏认同的冲突以及不同角色期望引起的冲突,加强辅导员队伍的职业化与专业化,是解决这一矛盾的重要出路。
With the development of society and the deepening of higher education reform,the complication of the work system in universities and colleges leads to the complexity of the roles of instructors.They play different roles in their daily routine,which shows the complexity of their work,and meanwhile brings about role conflicts.This paper discusses the present situations of instructors and suggests professionalization and specialization to ease the situation.
