摘要 在超声和普通切削方式下对YG6、PCD刀具切削SiCP/Al复合材料时的刀具磨损形态进行了试验研究,试验发现其磨损形态主要表现为前刀面磨损、后刀面磨损和刀具破损。切削路程较短时,在两种切削方式下YG6前刀面均未见有明显的月牙洼磨损,YG6刀具的后刀面靠近刀尖部位的磨损形态呈倒三角形;而PCD刀具没有发现明显的磨损,但刀尖发生了严重的崩碎现象。 The paper studied the form of tool wear with YG6 and PCD tool cutting SiCp/A1 under the ultrasonic cutting and common cutting, and discovered that the form of tool wear mainly shows the rake face, the flank face and dilapidation. When the distance of cutting is short, the Crescent moon depression wear is not obvious on the rake face of YG6 tool, and the wear form of flank face appears reverse triangle near the point of tool under the two cutting way. But the PCD tool discovered the broken phenomenon, and the wear is not obvious.
