Preliminary study on course teaching in bioinformatics

生物信息学是生物学中一门新兴的前沿学科,针对目前国内生物信息学教学现状,结合生物信息学课程特点,对本科生物信息学课程教学中的教材、教学内容、教学模式、考核办法等进行了初步的探索。

Bioinformatics is a novel discipline of life science .This article described the situation in bioinformatics teaching and based on the characteristics of bioinformatics curriculum, this article intends to make a preliminary exploration of teaching material,teaching content ,teaching model and examine measure in undergraduate course bioinformatics.
