论长株潭“两型”社会建设视野下的生态文化建设

长株潭"两型"社会建设的本质就是实现生态化发展,而实现生态化发展首要条件是加强生态文化建设,包括树立正确的环境价值观念和培育科学的生态道德原则。为此,要从政府决策者宏观层次、企业生产者中观层次以及社会公众微观层次三方面来加强生态文化建设,此外还应发挥学校教育在生态文化建设中的特殊作用。
