摘要
探索切实可行的"双师型"教师队伍建设途径,是目前高职院校改革和发展的紧迫任务。本文剖析"双师型"教师队伍的现状及存在问题,结合本校实际,从政府和学校自身两个层面,提出了可行性的"双师型"教师队伍建设的对策和措施。
How to find a practical and feasible approach to construct the ＂academic-practical＂ teacher group is a very urgent task in the reform and development at the professional colleges at present. This paper analyzed the present situation and problems in the present ＂academic-practical＂ teacher group. Combining with the realities at Shazhou Porfessional Institute of Technology, viewing from the government and the college, it proposes the feasible strategies in constructing the ＂academic-practical＂ teacher group.
