高职办学特色是指一所院校在长期的办学实践中形成的适应社会发展需求,符合高等职业教育本质规律的,被社会公认的、独特的、优质的办学特征,它包括办学理念和定位、专业建设、人才培养、师资队伍、文化建设等特色。这些特色是在继承传统和优势中凝练特色,在坚持创新中谋求特色,在服务社会中形成特色,在适应经济社会发展需求中发展特色,在产学研结合中培育特色而形成的。

Higher vocational running characteristics refer to the recognized,distinct and excellent feature formed in the long-term running practice of one college,which adapts to social developing requirement and accords with the essential rule of vocational education.It includes running concept and orientation,major construction,talents＇ cultivation,teaching staff,culture construction and so on.These characteristics are got by inheriting tradition and advantage,features found by insisting on innovation and formed in serving society.Characteristics are developed in adapting to the requirement of economic social development,and formed in the cultivating feature combining production,study and research.
