公安学术理论刊物生存现状分析——兼谈特色栏目建设

近年来,公安学术理论刊物面临学术地位不高与谋求生存发展的两难境地。如何通过大力提高学术地位,从而获得广阔的生存发展空间是每一个公安学术理论刊物工作者不得不认真研究的课题。造成目前这种现状有多方面的原因,不是任何一个刊物编辑或主编所能控制的,对于编辑或主编来说,所能改进的不外乎加强编辑部内部建设和尽可能约取高质量的稿件,但除此之外,通过栏目的重新策划,着力打造特色栏目也许不失为提高公安学术理论刊物之学术地位的一条良好途径。

In recent years, the academic publication of public security faces the embarrassments of low academic position and difficulty of survival.Every person who works for the academic publication of public security should seriously study how to improve ts aeademie position to get wider space for survival and development. There are many factors causing tbe current conditions and the editor of editor-in-chief can＇t control it.
