摘要
由于受到传统生活习惯以及儒家文化的影响,我国隐私权的发展一直处于压抑的状态,得不到社会的认可,其中也包括雇员隐私权。目前我国的雇员隐私权保护制度建构基本体现在研究上的片面以及立法上的空白。综观国外的相关保护制度,我们可以按照其所需经济成本多少通过增强雇员自我保护意识、通过企业管理、通过行业自律以及通过法律规制去构建雇员隐私权保护的体系。
The development of privacy right in China has not been active and not been recognized by the society either because of the influence of traditional customs or because of Confucius culture.At present,construction of employers privacy right protection system is totally blank,which needs to be perfected and improved.The paper gives a detailed description of employers privacy right from many perspectives,and the author has put forward four ways to regulate the right.
