投资与理财专业的教学改革,必须在"1221"人才培养模式的指导下,与当地资本市场和"大金融"的行业发展实际相结合。教学内容中应该高度融入职业资格证书的考试内容,通过与行业融合的实践教学来实现学生的零距离上岗,因地制宜地面向银行、证券和保险三个部门培养"大金融"的客户经理。
