With the development and innovation of physical education courses,physical education games plays more and more important role in the proper arrangement of PE teaching.According to their characteristics and requirements which are used in PE teaching;PE games can improve students physical ability,strengthen students physical quality and psychological quality,inspire students motivation and achieve teaching goal of PE teaching.
