摘要
E-服务质量是近年来在电子商务领域中出现的概念,从图书馆服务评价的现状、数字图书馆的评价、用户中心理念等方面分析了图书馆引入E-服务质量评价的必要性,并指出LibQUAL+评价以及信息技术的发展给图书馆的E-服务质量评价提供了理论和技术的可行性,最后介绍了国外相关的研究成果。
In recent years,the concept of E-Service appeared in E-commerce domain.This article analyzes the necessity of introducing E-service quality evaluation into libraries from library evaluation、Digital library evaluation、users-centered etc,and points out the LibQUAL+ and information technology has provided the theory and the technical feasibility for doing this.Finally,this article introduces the overseas correlation research results.
