昆明山海棠单宁化学成分研究

Studies on Tannins from Tripterygium hypoglaucum (Lévl.)Hutch.

目的：研究昆明山海棠单宁的化学成分。方法：柱色谱分离化合物，光谱分析和对照品比较鉴定结构。结果：分得５个化合物，为（＋）儿茶素，（－）表儿茶素，原花青定Ｂ３，原花青定Ｂ４和儿茶素（４α→８）表儿茶素。结论：５化合物均为首次从该植物分得。

Objective:To study the tannins from Tripterygium hypoglaucum. Method:Compounds were isolated by column chromatography and elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and comparison of references. Result:The compounds obtained were determined as (+)catechin,(-)epigallocatechin,procyanidin B3,procyanidin B4 and gallocatechin(4α→8)epicatechin.Conclusion:All the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
