改善C.I.酸性红266溶解度途径初探

摘要 本文对C.I.酸性红266的盐析、结晶、干燥、拼混、研磨等商品化加工条件与溶解度的关系进行了研究。发现C.I.酸性红266经不同pH、不同干燥温度和研磨条件处理会改变晶型、颗粒大小,进而对染料的溶解度产生一定的影响。选择合适的盐析pH、助溶剂、分散剂等商品化加工过程,是提高C.I.酸性红266溶解度的有效途径。 The relations between commercialization conditions such as salting out, crystallizing, drying, mixing, milling and the solubility of C. I. Acid Red 266 were studied. Crystalline form and particle size were changed under different pH or drying temperature or milling condition, then the solubility of dye was affected. It is effective ways to improve the solubility of C. I. Acid Red 266 with proper commercialization processes such as pH of salting out, assistant solvent and dispersant.
