活性染料雅格素蓝BF-RR浸染残液的回用染色

The Recycling of Reactive Dyeing Effluent of Argazol Blue BF-RR

为了减少活性染料染色残液对环境的污染,节约染化料,本文研究了活性染料雅格素蓝BF-RR浸染残液回用染色工艺。利用浸染残液直接回用法测定残液中含有的有效染料量。通过正交试验优化回用染色工艺,比较回用试样和原样的K/S值,各项染色特征值及相关染色牢度,并对浸染残液进行多次回用染色。结果表明活性染料浸染残液中有效染料为5%左右,浸染残液回用染色试样与原样的最佳色差达4～5级,相关色牢度非常接近,多次回用染色试样的相关性能也能达到生产要求。

The recycling process of Argazol Blue BF-RR dip dyeing water was studied in order to reduce environmental pollution of reactive dyeing effluent and save dyes. The amount of effective dye of dyeing effluent has been determined by reusing the dyeing effluent directly. The dyeing process was optmized by orthogonal test. The dyeing K/S values, the dyeing characteristic values and the relevant color fastness of the recycling effluents dyeing samples were compared. The dyeing effluent was recycled many times. The results showed that the amount of effective dye of dyeing effluent was 5%, the best color difference between the sample and the initial sample were 4 - 5. The relevant color fastnesses were also very close and the relevant performances of the samples which dyed by reusing dyeing effluents many times also achieved the production requirements.
