摘要
１９９７年３月—１９９７年１２月，１７６例患者，肺结核者３６例，结核性胸膜炎者４２例，非结核性痰标本９８例，同时行ＰＣＲ法和涂片镜检法（痰／胸水）比较。结果表明ＰＣＲ有很高检出率（７７．７８％和７６．１９％）。
From March to December of 1997,176 patients,36 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis,42 cases of tuberculous pleurisy,98 cases of not tuberclous phlegm specimen,compare PCR with smear observed of lens(phlegm,pleural effusion)at the same time.In conclusion,PCR has higher positive rate(77.78% and 76.19%).The technology blaze a trail in diagnoses of early truberculosis.
