摘要
运用超滤技术对7种食（药）用菌多糖水提液进行分级分离,将提取物分成〉5×10^5Da、1×10^5～5×10^5Da、1×10^4～1×10^5Da、〈1×10^4Da 4个不同分子量段的部分,计算不同部分的得率,探讨超滤分离食（药）用菌多糖的可行性。
Crude extracts of fruit bodies of seven edible/medical fungi were each separated by ultra-filtration into four fractions,each of a different molecular weight range（〉5×10^5 Da,1×10^5-5×10^5 Da,1×10^4^-1×10^5 Da,〈1×10^4 Da）.Potential use of this technique for isolating polysaccharides from edible/medical fungi is discussed.
