摘要
报告自１９９２年２月—１９９６年１２月间对１２例陈旧性颅骨凹陷骨折行颅骨内外板反转术，取得满意效果。随访９个月，颅骨成活，骨缝愈合良好。认为：该手术可免除一般手术方法造成的颅骨缺损和二次手术之痛苦，可避免人工修补材料造成的异物反应和心理压力，在不增加患者创伤的情况下，达到一期修复。
From Feb 1992 to Dec 1996,12 cases of obsolote depressed skull fractures had been treated by operation of trans-position of lamina interna and externa.With 9 months of follow-up all cases showed satisfied effects.It not only could decompress the ICP,but also repaired skull defect in one stage.Our conclusion was that:This operation method avoided the result of skull defect and the second operation in comparation with the routine protocal,avoided immune reaction for atifical repaired materials and psychological pressure.Trans-position of lamina interna and externa was a effective and convenient method to repaire absolote depressed skull fractures.
