摘要
劈尖干涉测量细丝直径,通常涉及到测量交线至细丝的距离L。而在实验中,由于劈尖两端被夹座掩盖,无法准确测量出L的长度,进而影响到直径的准确度。采用移位法进行二次测量,既能准确方便的测量出细丝直径,又避开了测量L。
When using wedge interference equipment to measure a filament diameter,we usually measure the distance L between the filament and intersection.But the distance L may not be measured accurately in the experiment and then the accurate degree of diameter is affected,because both sides of the wedge are covered by bracket.In this article we adopt shifting method to follow double measurements.We can not only measure the fulament diameter conveniently and accurately,but also avoid to measure the distance L.
