基于直线电机的电炉电极控制系统的研究

摘要 电炉电极调节器是电炉的核心控制系统。目前吉林铁合金八分厂的10T电炉电极升降系统采用手动控制。针对此问题提出了一种采用直线步进电机控制数字阀调节液压系统位置的方法,使现有系统可以实现电极升降的自动控制,同时对直线步进电机的控制使用Fuzzy-PID的控制方法,达到精密定位控制的目的。阐述和分析了数字阀控制液压系统升降可行性和稳定性。并通过实验验证了该系统调节具有精度高,响应快等优点。 Electric furnace electrode regulator is the core of the electric furnace control system.The 10T electric furnace electrode lowering and raising system use manual control in the eighth factory of Jilin Ferroalloy. To solve this problem, a method adopting the linear stepping motor to control the digital valve for adjusting the location of the hydraulic system.is presented,it can make the current system realize automatic control to the electrode lowering and raising.At the same time,using Fuzzy- PID control method to control the linear stepping motor, it can Obtain precise positioning in control, The hydraulic system contrulled by digital valve are described and analyzed in jacking feasibility and stability. Additionally, it is inspected and verified that the adjustment of this system has high precision and quick response.
