摘要
根据半导体热敏电阻与温度的关系,利用计算机进行仿真半导体温度计的实验,得到了半导体温度计温度—电流曲线。
According to the relation betweensemiconductor thermal resistor and temperature,the experiment of the semiconductror thermometer is simulated by computer.The curve of temperature of semiconductor thermometer and current is obtained.
