摘要
我国钢产量连续几年居世界首位,人均钢产量接近世界的一倍,大量使用钢梁、钢塔和钢桩是桥梁设计必然趋势。在设计钢箱梁中,对上下面板(外板)的加强,存在着开敞式肋骨和封闭式肋骨两种形式,本文指出:开敞式肋骨有工艺优点,易于焊透;提高疲劳抗力;不用进一步加工,直接从市场购入;等几方面优点。建议设计者多选用。本文对2007年邓文中先生所写热轧封闭式肋骨的"一个新构思"作了可行性讨论,文中探讨性地设计了两种轧制方法,结果认为:在轧机上,用热轧法生产很难实现。可看作一个轧钢专业人员的响应。
In bridge design there are two types of stiffener for orthotropic deck of box girder for selection: Open type stiffener and closed type stiffener. This paper focuses on the excellence of open type stiffener and proposes to select it in design. For open type stiffener it is easy to get a fully welded seam because welding could be done on both sides of the stiffener and it would get high fatigue strength. It could be bought from the market and do not need any further machining.
