Reconsideration of Higher Institution Learned Journal Efficiency in the Background of Cultural Industrialization

中国市场经济体制的建立,经济的快速发展,经济实力的增强对文化软实力的增强要求日益迫切,文化产业化的进程不断加快.高校主办的学报的效益并不直接以文化产品来体现出来,而是间接通过在学报发表的科研成果,被应用于人类社会实践,对人类的智慧具有启迪和提高的作用,帮助人们把握事物的规律,形成科学的认识.在这种认识上获得新的飞跃的基础上,再投身于实践活动,从而推动了社会进步,给社会带来巨大的经济效益.

With the establishment of Chinese economic system, fastdelvelopment in economy, the increasing desirs for enhancement of culture forece is getting stronger in the company of faster process of cultural industrialization. The efficiency of higher institution learned journals is not incarnated directly in the form of cultural producte, but rather indirectly through scientific researches which have been applied to social practice in the aspects of enlightenment and improvement of mankind＇ s wisdom to help people grasp nature law and form scientific cognition from which new cognition is to arrive, plunging itself again int ,social practice, pushing social progress forward and bringing in tremendous economic efficiency.
