20只日本大耳兔分为四组,左肺门阻断,缺血预处理后阻断120min,再灌120min,比较各组PaO2,PaCO2,支气管肺泡灌洗液的细胞计数改变。结果PaO2,支气管肺泡灌洗液细胞计数和肺组织光镜显示预处理组较对照组好;预处理组中以缺血5min,再灌10min,再缺血5min,再灌10min最好。
Ischemic preconditioning is a protective method for internal cells.It can enhance cellular protective abilities and tolerance to reperfusion injury.To find a better method,this experiment was done.Twenty rabbits were divided into four groups,five in each.⑴the control group(GC):the left pulmonary hilum was clamped for 120min,then released for 120min.⑵First preconditioning group(GP1):the left pulmonary hilum was clamped for 10min,then released for 15min and then treated as the control group.⑶GP2:the hilum was clamped for 5min,then released for 10min and repeated once again,then treated as the control group.⑷GP3;the hilum was clamped for 10min and then released for 5min and repeated once again,then treated as the control group.The results showed that the PaO2,the optical microscopic study and the cell calculation of BAL were significantly better in preconditioning group than in the control group and the GP2 was the best of all.The PaCO2 were similar in all groups.
