基于改进模糊层次分析法的数控机床选购研究

Research on Selection of NC Machines Based on An Improving Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

数控机床选购是众多机械制造企业和职业技术培训机构在增购设备时必须考虑的问题。数控机床选购时一般应考虑经济性、可操作性、精度、可使用性等比较准则,提出应用模糊层次分析法解决机床选购。以某职业技术学校采购数控机床为例,解释了一种改进模糊层次分析法的应用过程。

Purchase on selection of NC machines must be considered when manufacturing enterprises and technical training schools decide to add new equipments.This paper illustrates the comparison criteria when selecting NC machines,and proposes a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for comparing different NC machines.Then this paper takes a selection of NC machines for a technical training school as an example,analyzes the application process of an improving fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.
