小型压力测量系统的设计

Design of Small Pressure-Measuring System

为设计小型的电阻应变式压力测量系统,系统采用AD7715芯片将传感器输出的模拟小信号转化成数字量,传入STC12C4052主控单元,通过处理后利用LCM045显示模块输出,给出了完整的软、硬件设计方案和具体电路。实验证明:系统简单、精确度较高、成本低,具有较大的推广价值。

This paper introduces a small pressure measuring system, and provides complete design proposal, in order to design small IResistanee Strain-gage Pressure-Measuring System, AD7715 is used to convert analog signal to digital signal, then inpnt signal to main control unit STC12C4052, and finally output by display module. This paper indieates physical circuit and a whole design proposal of software and hardware. Experiment w＇rifies that the small Pressure-Measuring System is simple and low cost but high precision, which has high application promotional value.
