论城市文化对城市规划的影响

On impact of urban planning upon urban culture

文章从城市文化本身入手,通过影响规划决策者的社会观而影响城市规划布局;通过影响规划师的价值观进而干预城市规划;通过影响公众个体的人生观间接对规划产生影响;制约规划决策制度而影响城市规划这4个方面,阐述了城市文化对城市规划的影响。

Urban planning and layout are affected by the following four aspects：by influencing the social concept of the planning decision-makers from the urban culture itself;by influencing the values of planners and thus to interfere with the town planning;by influencing the people s philosophy to have indirect impact on planning;and by performing constrained planning decision system to influence urban planning.
