摘要
丹江口水力发电厂4号水轮机改造除水轮机外还包括了对固定导叶的修型。固定导叶是支承座环的支柱,在设计时要求水流以最小的水力损失流经固定导叶。此次修型主要是通过铲磨固定导叶进出水边,改变导叶的型线,力求固定导叶型线与蜗壳所形成的水流流线相重合。文章详细介绍了固定导叶修型的方法,重点介绍了修型时采用的关键技术。
The transformation for No.4 turbine in the Danjiangkou Hydropower Station also includes modification of fixed guide vane besides turbine.The fixed guide vane should be designed with the minimal loss of water flow through fixed guide vane since it is pillar of ring.The revised model is mainly implemented through grinding the water-in/out edge of fixed guide vane so as to change the streamline of guide vane,and attempt to make the streamline of fixed guide vane and the scroll lines formed by water flow coincided.This article details the vanes repair-type approach,focuses on the key technology used in repair-type as well as the encountered problems and corresponding solutions.
