南水北调工程建设管理若干问题问卷调查分析

Questionnaire Survey Analysis on Construction Management of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project

在对南水北调工程访谈的基础上,设计了南水北调工程建设管理问题调查问卷,并对南水北调工程建设政府主管部门、项目业主、建设管理、设计、施工、监理、咨询等不同类型单位的相关人员进行了问卷调查,问卷结果通过了SPSS软件进行的信度检验。通过对问卷结果的分类统计,得出了南水北调工程建设有关征地补偿、工程设计、设计监理、质量控制、索赔、合同争议、冲突和关系管理等方面问题的结论,可为做好南水北调工程建设管理工作提供参考。

The South-to-North Water Diversion Project（SNWDP）is the world＇s largest water diversion project,featured by its huge investment,long period,complex relationships and uncertainties.Based on the interviews to the SNWDP,this paper designed a questionnaire of the SNWDP management,and conducted a survey to professionals in government departments,project owners,construction management firms,design firms,construction contractors,supervision and consulting firms involved in the SNWDP.The questionnaire results passed the reliability test by the SPSS software.According to the classified statistics of the survey results,some conclusions are reached concerning the project＇s land requisition compensation,engineering design,design supervision,quality control,claims,contract disputes,conflicts and relationship management.The results are useful reference to improve SNWDP＇s management.
