大学生宽恕水平与心理健康的相关研究

Research on the Forgiveness Level and Psychological Health of College Students

目的:了解当代大学生宽恕水平状况,并研究与心理健康状况的关系,为大学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法:用宽恕倾向量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)分析男、女大学生和文、理科大学生的宽恕行为的特点以及与心理健康状况的关系。结果:总体上来说,大学生的宽恕水平处于中间状态的人比较多;宽恕水平在文理科上不存在差异,在性别上也不存在差异。宽恕总分越高的大学生其心理健康状况越好。

Object： Master the situation of the college students＇ forgiveness level,study the relationship with the psychological health,in order to supply accordance for the college students＇ psychological health education.Method： Use the certain forms like SCL-90 to analyze the characters of forgiveness behaviors between the male and female students and between the art and science students,as well as the relationship with their psychological health.Result： All in all,it is a majority to be medium level of the college students＇ forgiveness level. There is no difference between art and science,and gender as well.The higher marks of the forgiveness are,the better their psychological health is.
