阿加曲班抗凝治疗和早期康复训练对脑梗死患者运动功能的影响

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Training and Argatroban Anticoagulant Therapy on Motor Function in Cerebral Infarction Patient

目的探讨阿加曲班抗凝和早期康复训练联合治疗对急性脑梗死患者运动功能的影响。方法对急性脑梗死患者Fugl-Meyer评分在10～20分的88例患者进行常规治疗、常规治疗+康复治疗和常规治疗+急性期应用阿加曲班+康复治疗。治疗前、后3个月进行运动功能评价。结果与常规治疗对照组比较,阿加曲班治疗组患者Barthel指数、运动功能Fugl-Meyer评分显著提高(分别P(0.01),其疗效明显优于其他各组。结论阿加曲班抗凝治联合早期康复训练疗能够显著降低急性脑梗死患者的运动功能障碍,提高脑梗死患者的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the effects of combined use of rehabilitation training and argatroban anticoagulant therapy on motor function in cerebral infarction patient. Methods Total 88 acute cerebral infarction patients＇whose Fugl- Meyer scores are among 10 - 20 conventional therapy, conventional therapy ＋ rehabilitative training and conventional therapy ＋ rehabilitative training ＋ argatroban respectively. The motor function was evaluated before and 3 month after the treatment. Results The Barthel index and Fugl - Meyer scores in argatroban group improve significantly than those in the control group,respectively（ P 〈0. 01 ）. The effect of argatroban combined therapy group is obviously better than others. Conclusion Argatroban combined with early rehabilitation training could significant recover the motor function and promote clinical curative effect.
