中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效探讨

Combined Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在西药治疗的基础上加用中药,观察两组临床疗效。结果两组患者临床疗效的总有效率治疗组为93.3%和对照组70.0%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods Tofal 60 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine, western medicine therapy in the treatment group was added based on traditional Chi- nese medicine, clinical efficacy were observed. Results The total therapeutic of effective rate in two groups were 93.3% and 70.0% respectively. The treatment group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis certainly is worth clinical application.
