摘要
目的探讨解决先天性白内障摘出术后弱视的治疗方法及相关的影响因素。方法对64例共99眼5个月～11岁的先天性白内障患儿施行白内障摘出术后,及时治疗弱视及术后并发症,观察其治疗效果。结果双眼白内障治疗效果优于单眼白内障,手术年龄越小视力预后越好,依从性的好坏直接影响治愈率。结论先天性白内障术后,及时治疗并发症、重视屈光矫正、综合治疗并坚持弱视治疗是儿童白内障术后恢复有效生活质量至关重要的影响因素。
Objective To explore ambhopia of congenital cataract. Methods the therapy and related influencing factors of postoperation Total 64 cases （99 eyes） aged 5 month - 11 years old children were conducted cataract extraction,timely treat their myopia and complications,and observe their effect. Results The effect of the double eyes cataract therapy is better than that of single eye, the younger the age, the better the vision prognosis. Conclusion After operation of congenital cataract, thimely treat complication, pay attention to refraction correction, comprehensive therapy are important influencing factors for recovering after cataract operation.
