摘要
目的探讨1%阿托品眼膏及凝胶用于儿童验光的最佳时间。方法将112名3~12岁儿童随机分为1%阿托品眼膏组和1%阿托品眼用凝胶组,于点眼3、5、7d测量其屈光度,对所得结果进行统计学分析,分别比较1%阿托品眼膏组和1%阿托品眼用凝胶组以及点眼3、5、7d其睫状肌麻痹作用有无差别。结果1%阿托品眼膏及1%阿托品眼用凝胶用于儿童散瞳验光各组间屈光度差异无显著性(P>0.05);远视组3d与5d屈光度差异有显著性(P<0.05),5d与7d屈光度差异无显著性(P>0.05);近视组3、5、7d各组间屈光度差异均无显著性(P>0.05);散光轴向各组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论1%阿托品眼用凝胶及1%阿托品眼膏用于儿童散瞳验光作用相同,对于静态屈光度为远视的儿童点眼时间不应少于5天,而静态屈光度为近视的儿童点眼3天即可得到准确的屈光度。
Objective To survey the best time after atropine ointment (1% ) and atropine sulfate gel ( 1% ) applied to children in cycloplrgic retinoscopy. Methods Total 112 children with ametropia aged 3 - 12 years randomly divided into two groups, one test group treated with atropine gel,the other subjected to tridational atropine ointment as controls. 3d,Sd and 7d after medication three times daily, cycloplegic optometry was conducted to two groups. Results There was no significant difference in cycloplegic effect between atropine ointment and atropine sulfate gel. In hyperopia group, there was difference between 3d and 5d,but no difference between 5d and 7d; In myopia group,there was no difference among 3 d ,5 d and 7 d ; There was no difference of astigmatism axial direction. Conclusion Atropine sulfate eye gel able to produce good cycloplegia similar to atropine ointment;Some children whose static refraction being hyperopia, atropine must be used for cycloplegia no less than 5d; Others children suspected of being myopia,it can be used at least 3d.
