非原纤维胶原蛋白的结构分布和功能 被引量:1

摘要 胶原蛋白的类型已有19种以上,除Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅺ型外多属于非原纤维胶原蛋白。非原纤维胶原蛋白具有胶原蛋白的基本结构即三股螺旋,但其α链除了胶原区以外还有非胶原区,胶原区内又有非Gly-X-Y序列。三股螺旋的非连续性使非原纤维胶原蛋白具有结构和功能的多样性。
