摘要
用免疫组化方法对１７例肾上腺皮质增生及３５例皮质腺瘤组织进行嗜铭颗粒蛋白Ａ的标记研究，结果显示肾上腺皮质增生病变中有３例同时伴嗜铬细胞增生，皮质腺瘤中有５例同时伴微小嗜铬细胞瘤。结果提示。
Using chromograina A immunohistochemistry method, we studied 14 cases of adrenocortical hyperplasia and 35 cases of adrenocortical adenoma. The result showed that 3 cases of adrenocortical hyperplasia followed pheochromocytic hyperplasia, 5 cases of adrenocortical adenoma followed micro-pheochromocytoma. These patients had Cushing (Conn)hypercatecholamine syndrome or Cushing syndrome or hypercatecholamine. These results suggest that the patients of Cushing(Conn)hypercatecholamine or Cushing's syndrome or hypercatecholamine should be examined the possibility of adrenal corticomedulary hyperplasia or mixed corticomedulary adenoma.
