从全球金融危机看我国企业的财务风险防范与预警

Financial Risk Prevention and Early Warning in Chinese Enterprises from the Perspective of Global Financial Crisis

受全球金融危机影响,我国企业面临更多的财务风险。文章重点研究企业财务风险防范与预警问题,提出了财务风险防范的基本措施,并就在财务风险预警中起核心作用的财务预警模型本身存在的一些问题提出了相应的改进措施,以期对防范企业财务风险、化解财务危机有一定的指导意义。

Affected by the global financial crisis,many enterprises face more financial risks.This paper mainly studies enterprises financial risk prevention and early warning,proposes the basic measures to prevent financial risks and improve the model for financial risk early warning,with the hope to provide some useful guidance for the financial risk prevention and early warning.
