摘要
根据流程工业CIMS理论,提出了一套适用于唐钢高线厂的CIMS解决方案。应用CIMS的三层体系结构,在唐钢实施CIMS示范工程,解决了高线厂信息管理的问题,为生产提供决策支持。此系统适用于钢铁行业中小型轧钢企业。
On the basis of CIMS theory,the paper proposes a set of CIMS solutions suitable for High Speed Wire Rod Mill of Tangshan Iron ＆amp; Steel Group Co.,Ltd.With the application of CIMS three-layer system structure,CISM demonstration project was carried out in Tangshan Iron ＆amp; Steel Group Co.,Ltd which has improved the information management of High Speed Wire Rod Mill and provided decision-making support for production,so this system is suitable for all medium-and small-sized steel rolling enterprises.
